1 pkg rice noodles (mei fun)
1/3 bag of baby spinach, shredded
1 small savoy cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 c soaked wakame seaweed
furukake
cashews

Dressing

3 tbsp soy sauce
sesame oil
rice vinegar
