Recipe #4
I feel kind of silly writing a post about a breakfast shake, but it is using up the bananas we got in Box #1.
1 Banana
2 tbsp soy protein
2 tbsp hemp protein
2 tbsp flax
enough soy milk to make it drinkable
Blend it all.
Nothing fancy here, except maybe the hemp protein.
